Pretty Good for a Young Baby
I got these carseats for my 4 month old son who had already outgrew his Chicco carrier. The first time I put him in it, his head did flop forward when he fell asleep, but once I learned to raise the harness up, he has been doing great in it. It is rear facing for now. However, I think he will probably need a bigger seat after about a year or year and a half. There is no way it can go to 40 lbs.

Nice seat
We got this for my 6mo old daughter when she outgrew the snugride. It was very soft and seems comfy. It was also very easy to work the straps and very easy to install. We have not used it forward faceing yet.

Graco ComfortSport
I just bought Graco ComfortSport as an extra car seat for my 18 month old toddler. He is very comfortable in it and fits well. It is easy to operate and OK to install. The latch system works great. Good for the money.
